Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
KPOPURBAN is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather conditions, public holidays, or events beyond reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed strictly by our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Order cancellations are permitted within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and may only be returned as per policy terms.
