1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to suggest an alternative solution or initiate a full refund, as applicable.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS, including tracking details.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted and reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
The courier partner is automatically selected based on your delivery location, serviceability, and package weight to ensure the most efficient delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
Remote Areas / Northeast India: 6–9 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or high-volume sale periods.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
A tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS.
You can also track your order using the Order Tracking section on our website kpopurban.com.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you via phone or SMS.
If an order is returned to us due to customer non-availability, refusal, or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Delivery Issues, Transit Damage & Proof Requirement
To protect customers from transit-related issues and prevent fraud, the following applies:
Delivery Partner Issues:
If your order is lost, damaged, tampered with, or mishandled during transit, KPOPURBAN will:
Conduct a verification with the delivery partner
Assist in raising an official investigation
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by the delivery partner, the customer will be fully protected, and a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.
In such confirmed cases, all losses or damages will be recovered from the delivery partner as per applicable logistics liability and claim settlement norms.
Proof Requirement:
For faster resolution, customers may be asked to provide:
Clear images or videos of the received package
Unboxing video, if available
Order ID and delivery details
Providing proof helps us resolve issues quickly and raise claims with our logistics partners.
8. Returns & Shipping Charges (Delivery-Related)
A ₹100 return shipping charge applies to all customer-initiated returns.
If the product received is damaged, defective, torn, or incorrect due to KPOPURBAN or courier error, all shipping charges will be fully borne by KPOPURBAN, and no return fee will apply.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
A mandatory partial prepaid amount of ₹150 is required at checkout.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.
This helps us reduce fake orders and ensure faster processing.
10. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events
Courier network disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer
KPOPURBAN is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners but will actively assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.
